Skills: technical development, CAD-design, calculations, FEM-simulation, materials expertise, prototyping, certified scuba diver.

Before Creaholic: Travelled New Zealand for a year. Worked at the University of Bern in the Energy Research Dept. where I built a test bench for oxygen-hydrogen fuel-cells.

Origin: 100% Swiss - Bernese. I grew up close to Thun and now live in the city centre of Bern.

Hobbies: Swimming in the Aare river; a good evening with friends.

Favourite film: One Flew over the Cuckoo’s Nest

Favourite book: Dshamilja by Tschingis Aitmatow

Favourite place: The top of a hill next to the village where I grew up. It’s near a forest and offers a spectacular view of the mountains and stars at night.

Languages: Swiss German mother tongue.  English, and with some effort French.

Nobody knows: I used to be a keen water-polo player.
