Mechatronics engineer

Skills: Mechatronics engineering, robotics, CAD design and prototyping.

Before Creaholic: Participated at the Eurobot 2007 games www.eurobot.org. I worked at the Digger Foundation in Switzerland on the development of a new arm for a digger mine-clearing robot.  The aim was to improve resistance to the anti-tank mines explosions.

Origin: I’m from the ‘Jura Bernois’ region - the heart of the micro-mechanics industry where the Swiss watch was born. I grew up in Reconvilier - if you know Asterix, our towns people are a bit like ‘les Gaulois’...

Languages: My mother tongue is French, I also speak English however German remains a challenge.

Hobbies: spend time with my family and friends, enjoy good wine, squash and climbing, all about sound: listening to music, mixing, acoustics ...

Inspiration: Bill Gates and the story of Ghandi.

Favourite place: My bed: a quiet place where the time stops.

Nobody knows: As a little boy, I was so shy that I used to hide myself under my mother’s dress. One time I made a mistake and I hid myself under the dress of the wrong mother.
