Joulia project becomes a spin-off.
In 2008 we started to explore how we might use a heat exchanger, in a domestic shower, to recoup some of the energy that was used to heat the water. After a few basic prototypes we were sufficiently encouraged by our findings to justify further development. At the beginning of 2010 we had some early product design concepts and were achieving energy savings of more than 40 percent. So we started to look for funding and development partners to help commercialise the product. As a result Joulia became another Creaholic spin-off on the 1st of July 2010.
