The Swiss Economic Award has a new trophy
Start-Up price. The nine finalists for the Swiss Economic Award 2010 have been announced.
The Swiss Economic Forum has developed to be the most important business gathering of forward-looking and innovative entrepreneurs in Switzerland.
The Swiss Economic Award has established itself in recent years as the most important award for young entrepreneurs.
The twelfth Swiss Economic Award will be given to three start-up finalists in the categories of services, high tech/biotech and production/industry.
The award, worth 75 000 Swiss Francs, honours successful young companies based in Switzerland, they have to be less than six years old and characterized by above-average corporate performance.
In addition to the prize money, the winning companies will receive a completely new trophy recently developed by Creaholic. The trophy, designed by Mario Tronza, is milled from a solid block of aluminium and is formally based on an extrusion of the Swiss Economic Forum logo. (PDF/de)
