The faceplate of an 'in the ear canal' hearing aid is the only part of the device that is visible to others. Therefore it was extremely important to make it as discreet as possible. Our solution ensured that the battery drawer (also visible from the faceplate) had soft, rounded lines to reflect those of the ear itself. It was also important that the opening for the battery didn’t cast any unnecessary shadows on the surface of the hearing aid which may attract the eye to the device.

Creaholic was responsible for the evaluation of suppliers, CAD Designs and Production follow-up. It was a full project service ranging from mechanical design to lead in O-Series.
