The Respimat Soft Mist Inhaler is a unique device that doses medication accurately and effectively for patients with asthma or other pulmonary diseases. It is mechanically driven and therefore does not rely on harmful aerosol propellants for atomisation.

The medication is stored and introduced into the inhaler via cartridge consisting of an aluminium shell containing a plastic container. To ensure a secure operation of the device, Creaholic developed an innovative process to open the plastic container allowing for pressure compensation.
