Our primary design consideration was the usability of the device. A key criterion was to ensure that the user could easily, quickly and precisely test the oxygen levels in the tank using one hand while at the same time using the other hand to turn the tank valve on and off.

In addition to the product design and usability, we were also responsible for the mechanical construction and integration of standard components such as the oxygen sensor, LCD display and power supply.

Our team was also responsible for the material evaluation and selection for the housing casing as well as prototyping and the initial tooling.
