In this blended-learning training course you’ll strengthen and broaden your facilitation skills so that you can bring a larger repertoire of methods and styles to design and moderate effective, energetic and results-oriented workshops.
Reflect on how different facilitation types can be used, and learn tips and tricks from other participants, for example to support decision-making and master critical situations. Immerse yourself in methods for generating insights and customer orientation, and gain valuable visual methods for more focus and output. This course consists of set modules on facilitation, supplemented by additional content modules that are aligned to the interests and needs of the course participants.
This course is for you, if you want to support collaboration in teams, for example if you’re a company leader, agile coach, facilitator, design thinking coach, innovation coach, scrum master, or have a similar role. Completion of the Facilitation course is a prerequisite for Advanced Facilitation, but credit from similar courses can be accepted upon request.
