In this module you will learn to reduce these uncertainties step by step with targeted experiments and thereby develop your product/service/technology/portfolio faster and more accurately. Regardless of where you are in your development process, you will gain confidence about your next steps. Because testing ideas and developing products are not different things: if you're smart about it, it's one iterative process.

This course is for you, if you are a leader, PM, PO, innovator, intrapreneur, facilitator, etc. and want to systematically counter the number one cause of project delays - opinions and uncertainties.

Course structure

Online or on-site, you can expect a day with targeted inputs and a lot of hands-on doing.
We work with current projects from your everyday life. During the day we identify and formulate all assumptions about feasibility, need and financial sustainability and prioritize them. No, it is not always the customer's needs that have to be checked. Afterwards, you design one or few clever experiments to test your assumption.
